Bradley Beal had to sit out the game, but he wasn’t about to sit out the celebration when Russell Westbrook officially became the NBA’s Triple-Double King.
Westbrook tallied 28 points, 13 rebounds and 21 assists on Monday night in Atlanta to log his 182nd career triple-double, passing Oscar Robertson for first on the league’s all-time list.
A record that was previously thought to be unbreakable now belongs to Russ.
After the game, BB shared in the celebration on social media.
Mr. Triple Double !!! Congratulations big bro. It’s a pleasure to witness history!! First Ballot HOF @russwest44
