To start the week, Beal dropped 27 points in a hard-fought 110-107 victory over the New York Knicks at Madison Square Garden. Then, two days later, the Panda notched a season-high 36 points in another road victory in Atlanta. Beal also added nine assists and six rebounds in the 131-117 win over the Hawks. To close out the week, Brad recorded 27 points, five assists and four rebounds in a loss to Cleveland.
Beal made 12 field goals in all three games last week marking the second time in his career he had accomplished that feat in three straight games, and he did it while shooting 50 percent over the course of the week. This is Brad’s second time receiving Player of the Week honors and his first this season.
